Mission Statement
The mission of Universal Barber College is to be the best in providing educational knowledge, practical, and technical skills and services in a timely professional manner, in a pleasant atmosphere and at a reasonable cost to our students. We continually strive to improve our skills and services to enable our students to qualify for the state barber exam, and to facilitate licensed graduates in successfully obtaining suitable employment in the Barber Stylist field.
Our History
Universal Barber College is owned by Arthur D. and Barbara Knox. The school has been in operation since March 1995. The Barber styling course is taught by Arthur D. Knox, who has over 25 years of experience as a barber, as well as an instructor. Mrs. Barbara Knox has over 25 years experience in management with training programs. On July 25, 2001, Mr. Knox was appointed to the Arizona Board of Barbers by Governor Jane D. Hall.
